If you are considering buying, selling, or mortgaging a piece of property & you aren't certain of, "Who Owns the Minerals?". Loyal Land Co., LLC will perform a full Mineral Title Abstract to determine who owns the Mineral Estate. We then prepare an easy-to-understand Mineral Ownership Report which details the Mineral Owner(s), their exact undivided interest in the property, & the origin of their interest.

Our History
Justin Loyal Woodall, Principal Petroleum Landman at Loyal Land Co., LLC, began his career as a Landman in 2007. He studied Wildlife Ecology & Management at Texas A&M University, Energy Production at the Ralph Lowe Energy Institute at the TCU Neeley School of Business, & Land Concepts at the Texas Petroleum Landman School. His License as a Texas Real Estate Sales Agent (#699754) is currently in inactive status.
